Justin Seeby - Owner/Broker
Justin is a native of Atlanta, GA and founded 9 Mile Trolley in partnership with his lovely wife Gabby. In the business now for 12 years, Justin began working in real estate during his college years at the University of Georgia. He finished with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate at UGA - one of the top 3 Real Estate schools in the nation. From then, Justin practiced as a RE/MAX agent in Atlanta & diligently worked towards his goal of creating an in-town company to best satisfy the needs of in-town homebuyers & sellers. Justin successfully opened 9 Mile Trolley Realty in the heart of Poncey-Highland in 2002 & has been dedicated to every aspect of its impressive & promising growth ever since. Justin is a licensed Broker in Georgia as well as Florida. He holds a CLHMS designation (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), an ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) & is an active member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Commercial Board of Realtors & the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Kristina Rudski Murphy - Operations Manager
Kristina was raised in Atlanta & holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language & Literature and South-East Asian Religions. Prior to 9 Mile Trolley, Kristina was an English teacher & teaching consultant in Japan for 3 years on a small island in the south. She returned to Georgia and is now the Operations Manager and a licensed agent. Kristina currently handles business development, daily operations, contract processing and hiring. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Outside of 9 Mile Trolley, Kristina teaches business Japanese & is highly involved in community & international organizations. Her interests are in traveling, foreign cultures, cycling, swimming, classical piano, and spending time with her devastatingly handsome husband, Chris.

Nesa Kleinheksel - Castleberry Hill Office Broker
Originally from Holland, Michigan, Nesa has worked in the real estate business for the last 9 years in Atlanta and just recently opened our newest division of 9 Mile Trolley, called The Loft Stop, located in Castleberry Hill at 244 Peters Street. Nesa found her passion within Atlanta's Loft Market and is 9 Mile Trolley's Loft Specialist and the webmaster for www.theloftstop.com, which continually proves to be the most resourceful and comprehensive guide to Atlanta’s Lofts. She is dedicated to providing clients with a combination of the best technology and highest level of service possible. Nesa has experience from selling a client their first loft to assisting multi-million dollar investors with finding that "right" investment. Suzy, born and raised in Atlanta, grew up in Avondale Estates and holds a degree in Experiential Education & Recreation Management from Appalachian State University. A second generation Realtor, she has been working in the Intown Real Estate market for 10 years. Suzy joined 9 Mile after many years of managing a Top-Producing RE/MAX Team. Her current position with 9 Mile encompasses Training and Group Development, Office Management, Coordinating Listings and working as a Real Estate Consultant. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Outside of 9 Mile, Suzy plays tournament Cribbage and is currently producing a Cribbage Documentary scheduled for release late 2007. Originally from San Diego, Joan moved to Georgia with her family and has been a Southerner now for 11 years. After graduating from Columbus High School, she made the move to Atlanta where she majored in History at Georgia State University. Joan is currently a licensed agent and acts as the Office Manager at the North Highland location. In addition to handling the daily needs of the office, Joan assists Justin with listing management and Kristina with file processing and creating company resources. In her spare time, Joan enjoys spending time with friends, family and dog. Her interests also include traveling, art, foreign culture, music, cooking, running, and watching and playing sports.

Ryan is a native of Atlanta & graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Before joining 9 Mile Trolley, Ryan worked as a Civil Engineering Consultant for 5 years, but decided his strong analytical & problem solving skills would best be utilized assisting individuals & investors in the real estate market. Ryan has 5 knowledgeable & thorough years of experience in real estate & his strength is in residential buying & selling. Todd is a native of Statham, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors Degree in Risk Management and Insurance. After graduating, he worked as a commercial underwriter with Allstate Insurance Co. and moved out to Portland, Oregon. Todd returned to his home state to pursue his passion for real estate and has extensive knowledge of land & residential sales. Combined, his vast experience and former profession make him an integral part of 9 Mile Trolley’s consulting team. Todd holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Beth Sheppard - Buyer’s Representative & Listing Specialist
Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, Beth moved to Atlanta in 1994 in order to be closer to her family. She majored in Early Childhood Education at Georgia Southern University but decided to make a change to real estate soon after. Beth has now been practicing real estate since 1999 and is passionate about the in-town residential market. She has experience working with a wide range of clients: from sharing in the excitement of first time home buyers to the satisfaction of finding the perfect investment for her more experienced clients. Jeff Carr - Buyer’s Representative & Listing Specialist
Jeff is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but has lived in Atlanta since 2002. Before coming to Georgia, he lived, studied, and worked in Bloomington, Indiana. He holds a Masters in Counseling and Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies from Indiana University. As part of his studies he resided in São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to his real estate career, Jeff worked as a translator for a Fortune 500 Company, as an Associate Instructor of Spanish and Portuguese at Indiana University, and as a School Counselor in Sandy Springs. Jeff’s interest in real estate stems from his desire to help people achieve their goals, whether in real estate or life in general. David Downs was born & raised in South New Jersey and attended college in New Jersey & the University of New Orleans. A motivated self-starter, David has worked in real estate for over 10 years while simultaneously running a library interiors company. As a new year's resolution in 2007, he decided to dedicate his experience and energy full-time to real estate. From new construction to relocation, David has extended his abilities into all facets of real estate. But these abilities mean nothing without his one guiding motivation--to bring his clients solutions that others hadn't considered. Lauren & Keith have been in the real estate business full-time since 2003. The Silbermans started in the industry as investors, buying, renovating and reselling homes across the metro area. Shortly thereafter, Lauren obtained her real estate license, a strategic decision made to diversify their business and knowledge of the industry, which allowed them to share their expertise with retail buyers and sellers. In order to better serve their rapidly growing clientele, Keith joined her a few months later as a licensed Realtor®. A native of Atlanta, Lauren grew up in intown Atlanta and has lived in Decatur since 1995. Lauren attended the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in Communications and a minor in French. Upon completion, she promptly returned to the warmer winters of Atlanta. Keith attended the University of Florida where he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Keith has been living in Atlanta since 1994. Married in 2002, the Silbermans enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and playing with their 2 children, Andrew and Kira, and their golden retriever, Bailey.

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Travis holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Georgia. Prior to his real estate career, he spent 5 years exploring South & Central America in a 5-star kind of way, as operations manager of a boutique tour operator selling custom adventures. Before that, he acted as tour manager for 2 local recording artists who managed to “hit it big”! (Read on to find out who!) After buying his first home, he saw the city in a different way and decided he wanted to be a part of changing the landscape of Atlanta. So, Travis made his career change 3 years ago and now specializes in Decatur, Oakhurst, Kirkwood, Grant Park, Inman/Candler Park and East Lake. He aims to develop meaningful relationships with each client to make them a client for life and build a strong referral base. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Currently, Travis lives in Oakhurst and spends his free time out with his chocolate lab Sam. A native of Atlanta, Gabriel grew up in Inman Park. And although this makes him an in town neighborhood specialist, Gabe holds experience in markets outside of the perimeter as well. Gabe has been personally involved in real estate for about 10 years, starting in 1999 by buying multiple properties, and renovating and flipping homes and foreclosures. In 2002, he began working for both sides of the table as a sales agent for RE/MAX. Gabe is proud to join 9 Mile Trolley with an almost all referral-based repertoire. However, he enjoys meeting new clients and in his free time likes to work on classic cars, go to music concerts, cook, and watch movies.
Michael has lived the majority of his life in Atlanta, having returned to the city after graduate school in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Ohio Wesleyan, a Juris Doctorate from The University of Georgia School of Law, and completed graduate courses at Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies. Prior to pursuing a profession in real estate, Michael spent 14 years in the music business where he continues to work in the fields of music publishing and producer management. His 4 years of experience in real estate began as a Buyer’s Representative for many of his entertainment contacts, but his grasp of city market trends and legal issues has led to his current position as 9 Mile Trolley’s foreclosure and distressed property specialist. Keri grew up in Henry County, Georgia and attended Georgia Southwestern University on an athletic scholarship where she majored in Business Administration. Keri was surrounded by real estate growing up since her parents were builders and her mother was an agent. After college, Keri decided to partake in the family business and obtain her real estate license. She joined a local firm and worked for a few years in the new home sales division. Keri loves the energy and character of Atlanta's neighborhoods and is fascinated by the transition that so many of the neighborhoods are undergoing. She strives to be an indispensable and knowledgeable member of the 9 Mile Trolley team and an invaluable resource to her valued clients. Jill is a native of Decatur, GA, and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Other than a stint in upstate New York at SUNY Cobleskill, she has lived in Georgia all of her life. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Jill spent 14 years in management - 9 years as a project manager for an environmental laboratory and 6 years as the audio manager for a large metro church. Jill's interest in real estate stems from a passion for the character of pre-1950’s homes and loft spaces, as well as a sincere desire to help people find their dream homes. She currently resides in Vinnings and specializes in the Intown neighborhoods, including Smyrna & Vinings. Her goals include obtaining the ABR designation, a commercial license and eventually a broker’s license. Outside of Real Estate, Jill spends her time as a theater and audio consultant. She has also co-authored a discipleship program for young adults, sky dived, hot air ballooned, and is interested in travel, antiques, estate sales, old jazz, interior design and girly movies.
Randy was born in Nyack, New York, and was raised in Peachtree City where he currently resides (yes, he owns a golf cart). He holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University which he put to use for many years working in cardiac rehabilitation and other related fields. Randy recently made the change into real estate and specializes in the in-town neighborhoods, as well as Peachtree City/Fayette County, and South Metro Atlanta. He strives to provide a valuable service to those he encounters by educating them about real estate with dedication and honesty. In addition to 9 Mile Trolley, Randy works as a doorman at premier nightclubs in both Atlanta and Peachtree City. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife Natalie, his son Peyton, and daughter, Lauren. His interests are in baseball, football, watersports and watching Will Farrell movies.
Josh was born & raised in the Washington, DC area & graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. After working in marketing for some time, he headed to Atlanta in 1999 & began working with mortgages due to his attraction to the growing Atlanta market. 5 years later, he decided to take on both sides of the process & obtained his real estate license, realizing the invaluable service he could provide to his clients. Josh is most knowledgeable with the in-town neighborhoods, but is excited to work anywhere within the metro area. He has a particular personal interest in the tremendous character possessed by the homes in each of the unique Atlanta neighborhoods. He enjoys helping people feel good about the return on their investment, as well as improving people’s lives by helping them find the perfect home. Alise graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After 2 years of working as a veterinarian and 5 years in Pharmaceutical Specialty Sales with Merck & Co., Alise decided to combine her broad experience in a competitive corporate sales world and her creative entrepreneurial skills by entering into the challenging industry of real estate. Alise predominantly specializes in the Decatur area where she resides, but has firm knowledge of in-town surrounding areas. Alise has first-rate experience in both representing buyers in finding their dream home and profitably marketing listed properties.
