Once land has been located, our Builder Focus Group (BFG) will provide Builders with a “Sales Team” - a well structured support system that includes a Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, and On-Site Agents.
DIRECTOR OF SALES
The Director of Sales is responsible for the direction of the sales effort including on-site agent training and support, sales analysis, pricing recommendations and contract review. The Director will manage the On-Site Agents and support the staff by offering coaching, trouble shooting and mandatory weekly sales meetings.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
The Director of Marketing oversees and coordinates the marketing efforts on behalf of the Builder on a day-to-day basis. The Director of Marketing works with both the Builder and Director of Sales and is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the marketing plan to include identity development, collateral production, advertising coordination, signage, and special event planning.
ON-SITE AGENTS
On-Site Agents are chosen specifically for each project to match your target demographic, location and product. In addition to proper training, the Director of Sales ensures that the On-Site Agents set and obtain realistic sales goals, and continue sales and product training throughout the life of the project.
BFG will assist you in every aspect of the New Home Sales process, from the ground up, to include:
• property recommendations, including land locating & site layout planning
• pricing strategy
• sales and marketing plan, including the creative process
• developing and maintaining the marketing budget
• identification of the target market
• plan selection
• selection of standard features
• selection of a preferred lender
• selection of a closing attorney
• selection of an interior designer
• grand opening and all Agent events
• location and purchase of property for future projects
