Our team of professionals locates unlisted property and utilizes our “Builder Profiles” to match Builders with properties that will meet their needs on future projects. Our services maximize Builders’ time by introducing property that meets their criteria.

Once you have located land for your project, our Land Division Team & Director of New Home Sales will combine efforts to provide you with a full-service package from the development stage through the marketing & sale of your product.
OUR METHODS
“Builder Profile”
When you become a “Preferred Builder/Developer” with our team, we will develop your personal land profile to assist us in being more efficient in locating the right property for you. You will also receive our Land Inventory Reports prior to release to the general Builder/Developer Database.
“Land Inventory Report”
We email a report of unlisted properties that is updated and sent weekly to our database of over 3,000 builders.
